The SCP Standards are designed to improve customer service and support quality and effectiveness. A consortium of leading technology companies created the internationally recognized standards in conjunction with Service Strategies Corporation. The standards define best practices for delivering world-class service and support, quantify performance levels and establish a framework for continuous improvement.
